Group Classes

STRENGTH – Bootcamp style of training with a combination of cardiovascular, strength, speed, power, flexibility, agility, mobility and core conditioning exercises. The sessions are fun, motivating, social, and always different. Sessions are 45 minutes in duration and predominantly performed outdoors.

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training combines a combination of cardio exercises and body weighted exercises to get the heart rate up. Short sharp exercises working at maximum effort. This is a mystery class and may incorporate Metafit, small weights, agility and speed equipment. This session is 45 min in length and is performed outdoors.

Metafit – 30 minute body weight HIIT workout targeting all the big muscles groups designed to crank up your metabolism and burn fat! It is not a home workout that can be followed on a DVD. You have your own coach pushing you to your limits where it is all about the quality of movement giving you maximum results. Perfect for those with less time on their hands!

MetaPWR – 30 minute whole body circuit workout combining explosive strength, ballistics and plyometric exercises. You will have nothing more to give when the session is over but it will leave you addicted and pumped for the next workout!

BoxFIT – High intensity class combing boxing, cardio and abdominal exercises. It is a fun, fast moving session aiming to keep your heart rate up leaving you feeling fitter and stronger. 30 minute with 45 minute option available.

50FIT – Classes designed for those 50 years and over who are generally physically active and can participate without assisted walking devices. Sessions incorporate a warm-up, stretching, strength, cardio, balance and flexibility exercises. Sessions are tailored to the individuals attending such as their needs, fitness ability levels with a strong emphasis on the social, fun and encouraging environment. All sessions are carried out with music!

Personal Training

1:1 or 2:1 Personal Training (partner up with a friend or family member)
Sessions are individually tailored to achieve maximum results and fitness goals.
Sessions are 30 minutes or 45 minutes in duration.
Personal Training sessions are performed at a home private studio located in Attadale, Perth, WA.

NDIS “self managed” plans or have NDIS plan managers assistance can access personal training under capacity building – health and well being.

1:1 sessions tailored to the individual can help people with a disability improve their fitness levels, increase their confidence to participate and interact in daily tasks and build their physical capacity to be more independent.

(Certified ‘Quality, Safety and You’ – NDIS Worker Orientation & New Worker NDIS Induction Module completion)

Private Group

Small group training sessions available for 5 or more participants. Mother’s group, bridesmaid party, school mum’s or even your whole family. Contact Emma to arrange a suitable time and location.
