Emma Hatch is a mother of two daughters and wife living in Perth, Western Australia. Emma completed a BSc Exercise and Health Science in 2001. She commenced her career as an Exercise Physiologist in Corporate Health and Aged Care before moving into a marketing role for a health company. After becoming a mum her passion for health and fitness took on a different role of helping other women find balance and live a healthy life.
Emma juggles early morning classes, school drop offs, house duties, meal preparation, continual education and extra-curricular activities. Amongst this busy life, Emma is a committed to making time to keep healthy and fit herself as well as training others.
She is a strong believer that keeping active before, during and after pregnancy has long-lasting health effects for the entire family.
Emma recognises the importance of exercise and aims to share this knowledge and motivate others to take these values into their own lives.
She is a dedicated fitness enthusiast, aiming to be the encouraging, supporting and loving mother and wife and finding balance in her life. She believes she is close to achieving this and wants to help others who want to fulfil similar goals.
After commencing Oh La La Mummy and helping other women with their fitness goals she expanded her services to working with older adults and retirees, and those living with disability.
As her daughters are growing up, parents getting older, she knows how important it is to maintain health, fitness and wellbeing. The importance of this projects into every day living and carrying out daily tasks. Keeping the body and mind strong improves your overall life.
