–          10 packs purchased have a validity of 3 months.
–          5 packs purchased have a validity of 6 weeks.
–         PT Cancellations require a minimum of 6 hours notice or is deemed a session used.
–          X-Trainer classes with 4 or less people will run for 45 minutes in duration.
–          Children welcome at all day time classes. BYO snacks, toys or whatever keeps them happy!

–          Personal Training sessions carried out at the Warehouse Fitness Centre are the same rates for Warehouse members and an additional $5 per session for non Warehouse members. These prices are purchased with your packs to Emma when signing up for personal training.

 

CLASS DESCRIPTION

X-Training incorporate a combination of cardiovascular fitness, strength, speed, power, flexibility, agility, mobility and core conditioning exercises. The sessions are fun, motivating, social, and always different. Sessions are 45 – 60 minutes in duration and predominantly performed outdoors.

POWERHOUR bootcamp style training session for all men and women who want that extra push. Held at a various locations for variety, challenge and obstacles. Strength, power, speed, endurance and conditioning. Sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

Metafit is a 30 minute body weight HIIT workout targeting all the big muscles groups designed to crank up your metabolism and burn fat! It is not a home workout that can be followed on a DVD. You have your own coach pushing you to your limits where it is all about the quality of movement giving you maximum results. Perfect for those with less time on their hands!

MetaPWR is a 30 minute whole body circuit workout combining explosive strength, ballistics and plyometric exercises. You will have nothing more to give when the session is over but it will leave you addicted and pumped for the next workout!

BoxFit is a 30 minute high intensity class combing boxing, cardio and abdominal exercises. It is a fun, fast moving session aiming to keep your heart rate up leaving you feeling fitter and stronger.

1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 personal training (partner up with a friend or family member).
Sessions are individually tailored to achieve maximum results and fitness goals.
Sessions are 30 minutes or 45 minutes in duration.
Personal Training sessions are performed outdoors, your own home or Warehouse Fitness Centre.
