Dinner!!

I just have to share my dinner recipe for tonight. It’s quick, it’s easy, it’s high in protein & the whole family love it! I even had enough for lunch for the adults tomorrow.
New York Meatloaf
Lean beef mince (I used some pork mince too because it was there), spring onions, cherry tomatoes, red capsicum, fresh basil & coriander (again because it had to be used up), 2 eggs freshly grabbed in the backyard, tin diced tomatoes, squirt tomato paste & splash of Worcestershire sauce. Cook approx 45min. My helper is a treat too
